What will TikTok’s appeal look like?
It has been learned from the TikTok company that it will soon appeal against this decision in the Supreme Court. “The Supreme Court has a long history of protecting Americans’ freedom of expression,” TikTok spokesman Michael Hughes said in a statement on Friday. “And we are confident that they will do so on this very important constitutional issue.”
However, the TikTok company said in its proposal that it would never back down from its previous position and could not walk away from ByteDance.
